One very quick observation.

 - His walk seems to be very slow. I checked with KOF XV and he does walk faster.

This isn't japanese comedian Norimaro's OC appearing for a one-shot gag against Marvel's characters, this is some DJ guy (if he is well-known around the globe like CR7, how come I never heard of this guy until now) taking up a spot that could have been a legacy Fatal Fury character or another OC in the Garou-verse to go alongside Preecha and Vox.

I don't know who this DJ is. If you wanna get a guest fighter in there, use somebody from a fighting game - Street Fighter (we already have Ken and Chun-Li), Tekken, Virtua Fighter... Much better choices then some DJ.
If you wanna create some dancing DJ character, then create some new one. That DJ fighting style will be only in this game, then it is gone. All the work for the moves, the animations, all of it gone in the next game.

Oh damn I tried to fit it. I didn't want to make it a raw super like it is because its too much on the joke character direction, but I wanted to make it a random finisher for Tekkyu Dai Boso that consumed your bar. The problem is that it threw Chang's damage over the roof lmao.

How about adding it as a "Hidden Super Desperation Move"/"MAX2"? Level 3 and Chang must have 30% or less health. Then add that P2 has to have low health too.

- Please add that comedic bounce sound from KOF 97/98/02 to his Tekkyu Dai Assatsu. Maybe even the belly splash rebounce from Chang in the MAX version.
Sprites don't really allow a *good* belly rebounce, but I think it looks funny enough as it is.

Yeah, but what about the bounce sound from KOF 97/98/02?

 - Dunno if intentionally, but there is sprite rip background residue between the legs on Light Punch X and Heavy Punch Y.

 - No Gay Luigi win pose when P2 gets ko'ed with his Greatest Kick hyper?

 - Hyper finish sound effect is too loud IMO

Some feedback:
 - Add in the readme that you can move forward/backward while doing Tekkyu Dai Kaiten
 - Typo in the readme. Not EX Tekkyu Dai Kaiten can be charged up, it's EX Tekkyu Funsai Geki can be charged.
 - Nice to see those different finishers on Tekkyu Dai Boso.
 - Tekkyu Taiko Uchi... How about snot shooting out of his nose? I think I've seen it in one of his SNK win animations. Unsure.
 - EX Tekkyu Taiko Uchi. Maybe add Changs forwad fall animation from KOF 2002 at random?
 - Love the sound of the Iron Ball hitting! Maybe add those to his Power Charge. It's from KOF XIV?

Don't know anything about the show.

Some typo in the readme.

 - Parry Staredown is listed with 6YB (forward Y+B), but it's 6XY (forward X+Y)
 - Don't Prospect, Detect! super is listed as 641236 X/Y, but it's 426426 X/Y (2xHCF X/Y)

Some suggestions.
 - In the readme make it clear under the Command List that Staredown and FreeSmart Super-Ram! are parries, while Lightning, Strike! (and the EX version) are throws.
 - Get rid of the old version files, makes the download lighter.
 - Maybe add more voices from the show. Some simple grunts, to give more variations.

I have fixed the bug in the MOTW Kain Stage.

That said, I do not have Mugen 1.0 installed to test it currently and this particular bug did not seem to have affected either Ikemen or Mugen 1.1.

Works perfectly in MUGEN 1.0 now. Thank you very much.

Your edit of guilestageDG (4:3 version) works in MUGEN 1.0 and looks so nice.

Tested NewFerry stage by SeanAltly. With the new background it looks like a new stage. Very nice.
Works perfectly in IKEMEN.GO.
Strange glitch in MUGEN 1.0 at the right side of the background (only on the right side).

Since the 4:3 versions don't have zoom, they work in MUGEN 1.0 too.
Checked with PotS Mittelbirge and Geese Tower.

Mittelbirge looks so nice with tweaked lightning effect.
Same relates to the Sengoku 2 stage. Really nice edits.

MOTW Kain Stage wide-screen, zoom and 4:3 versions work perfectly in IKEMEN GO.
MOTW Kain Stage 4:3 doesn't work in MUGEN 1.0. I get following error message:

Wow, quick update. Nice.

Shakunetsu knocking down is a creative liberty rather than a accuracy thing. Fucked up I know.
To be specific - In the source game it knocks down when hit during the first 9 active frames.

Another nitpick...

 - Dizzy p2 with Tomoe Nage throw... First fall landing of p2 has no sound.
