Hello everyone, I am having trouble trying to make a forward dash with a backward dash code, Here is the code

hello everyone, i have been trying to find a specific liu kang by bihno, but i cant find it here is what it looks like: i know that liu kang version is by fabry taz, but i think it is the same liu kang by binho, if anyone has information on this liu kang please let me know
