Legs & Skirt - Kof XI
Upper - Edited (base Kof 2003)
For the feet details, I have only one suggestion, look at references. KOF Momoko or other characters could be a nice base.
BTW, any chance your OC will be a real mugen character in the future?
I mean, with the normal costume. I really like the design...
When i finish her sprites why not, but is so hard and i don't have time.
