ANTI-GOUKI PROJECT: THE REIGN OF THE AKUMAS
Official WIP Thread


About all this time without advancing in the project because personal stuff in my lifetime and all that time without internet in my room, I was thinking in giving a new twist about the game in general to revive it from the death. These are some things I decided:
-As various projects here, I'll release all the characters time by time, and after compiling all in an unique file
-Working once more in lifebars and in a new screenpack (old designs below)
-Now every clone will have his own voice, but I will need seiyuus for them, soon I'll notice you about what is what I need ;)

That's all for now. This time I won't give you a final release date, I don't want to break once more my promise of giving you this project. Comments, please ;)

Aww, I was hoping for at least the single chars with Winmugen compatibility (doesn't have to be exclusive to Win though).

I'm still thinking in that, but at the moment my chars in general hasn't problems with M1.0 :P but for the full game will be 1.0 exclusive (when I know how to compile them like in a .exe)

I have an idea, instead of just recolouring them and giving them different moves, they could have some visual differences, as in, one uses the SF2 appearence, one uses the SF3 Appearence, one uses the MvC appearence, one uses the Alpha appearence, and ofcourse, one using the CVS style... oh and the SVC one too...

but they should retain they're different colours and moves, just giving them different facial appearences... is it a good or bad idea?

But the final boss should be... The REAL Akuma... the sub-boss could be Cyber Akuma. :S

Well, the change in palettes only is because a quick mass production of characters, and in part for the history I made for this game, as clones of the original Akuma, with his same DNA but with different colours, powers/moves and personalities. It would be great to make exclusive details in every one of the clones, but for time I couldn't make it true (and also because I'm alone in this project, a personal challenge as MUGEN creator)

For the bosses, I planned something different... and that will be surprise for now ;)

I think you better download and play Kung Fu Fan and The Projectile to get an idea of this game

Are we going to voice these characters in English?
Or Japanese for teh lolz?

I'll either voice for Fire Akuma, Electric Akuma, or Ice Akuma.

Shin Gouki?
The 15 clones will be playable since the beginning. Also, there're 2 more characters that will be the final bosses (and the only 2 clones who'll have an AI). The details will be a secret for now...

And no, the original Akuma/Gouki (or his Shin incarnation) wouldn't be present here. The Ryuken clone is the closest you'll see a Capcom shotoklone in whole game

About Powerless One, yes, part of his moves are throws and command moves.
About Ice Warrior, you've to play my Blizzard to get a better idea about that character.

And talking about Powerless One, probably I finish some stuff and I'll release him as a new AGP character, as Kung Fu Fan and The Projectile, which I'll update with new stuff like roll and get off EX moves

Hi again, I've some news for you, basicly 2:
-At last I make a page dedicated exclusively to this full game, when I'll post my shots with the real advances and all the downloads of the game (especially characters, moved from Chars section). So, if you don't have idea about these clones, you can download 2 of them here:

-Powerless One will be released during this week, and maybe I'll make a video of him. After that I'll continue working in Gouki Higashi and The Ripper to release them as soon as possible.
