In simple terms you get to select your costume in the intro right before you fight. Which is part of the future of mugen. :)

The release should be coming soon, along with a tutorial video. It requires a bit more knowledge than I thought it would.
It might not be so simple for everyone to do this but if you follow the steps that I will lay out it should be simple.
