Well... As far as Skullo's colors go, I'm sure it's finalized. Though, as I said, he doesn't have any FX for his respective supers that need them. Anyway...

Colors are a little mixed out but this definitely could work, will do some this night.

I figured people preferred using the default pal... My mistake. :( I'll put it up soon. Thanks for the pals.
