In as much as they're existing models in the game, yes. Whether they're DLC remains to be seen. There are other similar pictures of Atom, Two Face, Killer Croc and Kilowog.
so uh whos "Bug_Me" i can believe killer crock atom and such models are there they are in the Stars labs but that trigon model is ugly. He needs to be more muscular.
That's because the Trigon model isn't supposed to be on screen for longer than a few seconds at a time. He's a prop in a super animation.

I see. That's odd, Atom gets a name but other stage interaction characters like Two-Faces don't. So where would Atrocitus' model pop up, as a stage interaction too ?
they are all from stage interactions or star labs missions, atrocitus is a star labs mission., I dunno if he has his name appear in a bar in said mission.

The cartoon? Or the comic? It looks nothing like the cartoon. It's the modern version of his classic outfit.
Lol I said the same thing Morph. It's supposed to be the cartoon version, but i don't see a resemblance at all. I got it off the Injustice Facebook page.
