Well, the PSP version of BlazBlue just dropped, with more "normal" sized and sprited versions of the characters, they could get pulled out sometime soon.

I kinda want to see an Ibuki or Motoko from SF3

Any One piece/Naruto shippuden character that's not chibi.

An actual balanced Gogeta character that's non-cheap like Choujin's characters.

I agree, especially if they were accurately converted, but there are a few characters from those games you mentioned that were already converted to MUGEN.  Some other fighting games I wish also had more characters (especially protagonists/heroes/mascots) converted to MUGEN with some good AI patches made are these:

Heavyweight Champ (whenever someone converts the 1976 arcade game to MAME)
Karate Champ arcades
The Karate Tournament
Astra Super Stars
Tao Taido
Karate Blazers
Perfect Soldiers
Tenkaichi Bushi Keru Naguru
Battle Blaze
Weaponlord
Knuckle Heads
Fuuun Shaolin Kyo
Fuuun Shaolin Kyo: Ankoku no Maou
Super Strong Warriors (whenever someone converts it to MAME)
Battle K-Road
Dark Edge
Holosseum
Burning Rival
Eternal Champions series
Virtua Fighter 2 (Sega Genesis/Mega Drive version)
Virtua Fighter Mini/Virtua Fighter Animation
Cosmic Carnage
Survival Arts
Tattoo Assassins
Kasumi Ninja
Ultra Vortek
Way of the Warriors
Time Killers
Blood Storm
Blood Warrior (sequel to Shogun Warriors)
The Kung-Fu Master Jackie Chan (and its updated version, Jackie Chan in Fists of Fire: Jackie Chan Densetsu)
Street Fighter: The Movie arcade and home versions
Best of Best
Double Dragon V: The Shadow Falls (especially the Atari Jaguar version)
Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer
Dino Rex
Violence Fight
Street Smart arcade
Pit-Fighter arcade
Bruce Lee Lives
Urban Champion
Yie Ar Kung-Fu arcade
Galactic Warriors
Raging Fighter
Rakuga Kids (if possible)
Rumble Fish 1 and 2 (if possible)
Schmeiser Robo
Blandia
Fighting games in the Hiryu no Ken series (including Shanghai Kid)
Fighting games in the Super Chinese series
Hippodrome (known in Japan as "Fighting Fantasy")
Avengers in Galactic Storm
Mutant Fighter (released for the Super Famicom as "Death Brade")
Last Apostle Puppet Show (known in Japan as "Reikai Doushi: Chinese Exorcist")
Tatsunoko Fight
Tenrin no Syo Chicago (whenever someone converts it to MAME)

Some beat 'em ups:

Ninja Baseball Bat Man
Undercover Cops
Bruce Lee: Return of the Legend
Kung-Fu Master (Game Boy version)
Vigilante arcade
Spartan X 2
Arabian Fight
D. D. Crew
Tough Turf
Shounen Ninja Sasuke
Burning Fight
Mutation Nation
Sengoku series
Gang Wars
Ninja Combat
S. P. Y. - Special Project Y
The Adventures of Bayou Billy (known in Japan as Mad City)
The Asterix arcade
Bucky O' Hare
Gaiapolis - Koganedaka no Ken (just use their sprites that walk sideways)
Mystic Warriors
Crime Fighters series (includes Vendetta (known in Japan as Crime Fighters 2) and probably Violent Storm, which was already mentioned)
Shadow Force
The Combatribes
Several more versions of Kunio-kun characters
Express Raider (also known as "Western Express")
Spin Master (known in Japan as "Miracle Adventure")
Crude Buster (known outside of Japan in the arcades as "Two Crude" and for the Sega Genesis as "Two Crude Dudes")
Night Slashers
DJ Boy
B. Rap Boys
Trio The Punch - Never Forget Me...
Captain America and The Avengers (arcade and NES versions)
The Cliffhanger: Edward Randy
Ganryu / Musashi Ganryuki
Ninja Gaiden/Shadow Warriors arcade (there hasn't been any accurate versions of Ryu Hayabusa.  One has elements from the NES Trilogy, the other is an SNES/arcade hybrid)
Tecmo Knight (known in Japan as "Wolf Fang")
Dynasty Wars (and its sequel, Warriors of Fate)
The King of Dragons
Knights of the Round
Captain Commando arcade
Armored Warriors (known in Japan as "Powered Gear")
The Astyanax (known in Japan as "The Lord of Kings")
Iga Ninjyutsuden - Itsushin no Kaku
Ginga Ninkyouden
Hachoo!
64th Street: A Detective Story
Rushing Beat series
Silent Dragon
Cadash (arcade)
Growl (known in Japan as "Runark")
Rastan Saga series
Dungeon Magic (known in Japan as T
Arabian Magic
The Ninja Warriors
The Ninja Kids
Supersonic Blast Man series
Knuckle Bash

And games that feature the elements of beat 'em ups, fighting games, both together or combined with other genres:

Flash Gal
Alien Storm
Crime City
Gladiator arcade
China Warrior (known in Japan as "The Kung-Fu")
Trojan
Monster Maulers (known in Japan as "Kyukyoku Sentai Dadandarn")
Big Fight: Big Trouble in the Atlantic Ocean
Sly Spy (known in Japan as "Secret Agent")

I don't want to see any character poorly converted from a game to MUGEN (especially protagonists/heroes/mascots/etc.).
My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.
