Okay so like this pizza was a bit of an experiment with the sauce (I mixed it with some minced garlic bc that sounded pretty damn good) but the rest was pretty standard aside from the feta.I threw on some pepperoni, onions, a shitton of chicken, the aforementioned feta cheese, and a bit of herb blend sprinkled on top. Honestly the feta's kinda powdery and intermingles weirdly with the rest of the pizza but overall it was worth the extra time at work. We made a fuckin killing in tips.
DUDE, that sounds amazing and delicious. I'd kill for a pizza like that (minus the pepperoni. At least for me).
Free pizza for an extra hour of work yesterday. Let's just say a little experimenting paid off tenfold holy fuck it's so good.
Today I made M'Jaddara. (lentil and rice with onions)It's the first thing I've ever cooked that took longer then 20 minutes. And it doesn't suck!(it's not perfect mind you... but still!) I'm so pleased with myself.
For the first thing you cooked that took longer than 20 min, it looks pretty great! (I'm also a rookie chef myself, heh).On a funny note, I like lentils, but I dislike M'jaddara. Why? IDK, I just don't.
Reviving this thread because I can!I helped my aunt prepare dinner today, and it turned out awesome! We did a "make your own rice bowl" kind of thing. There was broccoli, carrots, peppers, cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, kale, cilantro, and marinated tofu. That sauce is a peanut sauce prepared by me.And here's a photo of my prepared bowl!
it's definitely... not easy on the eyes. i'd get my ingredients from somewhere else if i were you, because tomato paste does not turn pinkish like that after you cook it.
Mom's birthday, so I decide to venture into cooking and I had an idea of making this, I think it's called trifle in English but not sure. Anyway it's a white chocolate trifle with strawberry syrup made at home with strawberry pieces and whipped cream. Note: Sorry about the photo, I didn't took it, that why it's bad
