Trying to add OHKO to PlasmoidThunder's Flandre Scarlet Edit

so i suppose you read the title of the post
im trying to add ohko to plasmoidthunder's edit of ricepigeons flandre
how do i do that

or even better how do I make the original flandre char be able to activate her secret barrage (and then there will be none) without the target being below 35%?

help please

Find out what state number the character is in when doing the move. You can see it on screen if you use CTRL+D.
Then look inside the CMD file for the changestate with that number. You'll see a few triggers. Copy and Paste what you got here and we can try to figure out what's what.
