This "Ultimate" Batsu pulls from a variety of different Batsu Ichimonji chars that have been made throughout the years, though is primarily based on his CU incarnation with a mix of some CVS Batsu elements. Hopefully my take on the new and improved Batsu will be to your likings next update.
