I literally have no idea what i'm doing, I want some good ol school SNK or Street fighter experience. Problem is I'm a total pleb. I looked at the starter pack and i could not figure out how to DL anything... IDK wut im doin .... halp Plz?
*Edit* Also as a total noobie I have no idea where else to post this thread...

I R NOT GUD WIF COMPUTER". you should learn more about English and other certain languages. or personally a dictionary. :P
