From the screen shot, I can tell you used Makoto's legs for this. Try to use a normal shoto for this purpose - it'll look better.

Its been a while since the last time i heard about this wip, its great to see that you've continue it.

Watching the video we can see a the level of detail you are putting, you can add a few sprites to the win animation to make it look smother.

At first glance it does look very silly, but it actually is animated quite well from what I have seen. Also, I agree that a palette change would greatly benefit this character...just to make the legs seem less out of place.

Makoto's legs and wide stance don't really bother me.
i think we should call it an "engine" so we don't look like total idiots because otherwise we'd be arguing about a "game" and that would be somehow "dumber" than arguing about an "engine" on the "internet" for countless hours

That Predator move actually looks pretty cool!

Also, when I mentioned the palette change, I meant including the shirt and/or the gi pants. I know that the entire gi outfit is supposed to have been totally white, but when you look at him it just looks like Guile with Makoto's legs. (which it is, but you don't want it to look like that correct?) I think if you want to create the illusion that those are actually Guile's legs, you should make his entire wardrobe share the same color. Why not try all white including his shirt? Or even all black? Just to give it a try! :D

Otherwise man, it DOES look cool so far, honestly.

looking at the first video I thought I saw a sprite where his skin looked pale for a sec but I think it was just me however I have to agree with Ivanoff he just looks like two different parts with the pasted together but I will admit the back off move did look pretty good its definitely a good start ;)
