when I was doing assignments in univ, I can stay awake and working nonstop (only break for toilet and meals) for 3 days quite oftenly.
now I got a perma-panda eyes 

but normally I love sleeping early in the evening and wake up before dawn, that way I feel fresher and full of ideas.
