I experimented with switching the bright with dark shades too, I was never pleased with how it looked myself, maybe you might have better luck doing more like the one you did above also.

^ Yeah, making the skeleton lines the darker color in the sprite looks weird, perhaps is how the eyes part look. I like that one thought the Red/Black was barely passable. Will keep experimenting

Well... *sigh* It looks that way. With the poll results and all. I do have his CS'd sprites that Girard did. And if I do make him, I will use those sprites. I don't want to get people's hopes up with false promises... Though, the way I've been feeling lately. I just don't really have much drive/interest with all of this anymore... I'm feeling like Skullo's gonna be it for me.

Agreed. Try to have Sagat to be lower, and if need help, get a KFM Sprite stand in there for reference, onionskin it, and lower the stand sprites for Sagat down to the very bottom of KFM's feet using the other leg, not the right (in reference to direction of Sagat on your picture). That should give you the correct height for Sagat as well as making him level infield at any stage floor with other characters.
