Okay, I have found at the JJBA collection thread at MFFA an interesting list from December 2011 (though no download links):

Char known to exist
Phantom Blood Dio with wangchang as support instead of the world
Strohiem - brocken with full strohiem sprite edit
Cars
New Kakyoin
Josuke - jjba sprite edit not like yutosinen's
Chocolata
Diavolo - not the chibi version

I already know about New Kakyoin, Cars and Josuke, and I already have a PB Dio, but can someone please verify the others in the list? Thanks in advance!

The Diavolo mentioned might be IF's but it plays more like the beat-em'-up the models came from than a traditional fighter.

Hmm...sounds like an interesting theory. However, the post from 2011 clearly says that this Diavolo exists already as a non-WIP (since the original post also mentioned possible WIPs in a seperate list) already, while IF's Diavolo was released just this year.
Welp, I guess, we can just wait, how things will evolve then. *shrugs*
