Who made this character, and is she available:

File name of the image: komelu-stanford_by_finir.jpg
I found a site: http://mugen.weboy.org/finir/komelu-stanford/
but it redirects me to a non existing site.

So, I wrote her name in Google; I found a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry9z0n8VBkM
in the video description there's a link: http://www.mediafire.com/folder/ram64ft7uj2u6/My_Stuff
it is a link to a mediafire folder that shares mugen stuff and you'll find this: http://www.mediafire.com/download/wn8feegdljsdfx1/komelu_S.7z

This is called searching in the Internet. Try to search more.

What is the best Gill (Street Fighter) avalible?
Acuarecy doesnt matter.

[AlexSin]

Gill by GM (for SFIII accuracy);
Gill by Hero (for a custom gameplay).
Gill by Fido (but it has some errors).
