Well dang, I just finished transferring four of the palettes to the other template and making a new one. Don't want them to go to waste so I'mma post them here all the same.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**

In the case of coloring Hiryu's scarf and waist wrap, the 2nd shades for each respective piece is actually the darkest shade. This does NOT effect palette making, just adjust accordingly!

This is the definitive one. It's the same as the other one, it's just I'm hosting it now. Use this one PLEASE! I don't want to go through any more nonsense with this. Just added and applied the above pals. Everything is golden. It's been a long time coming, but now I'm finally free! All I gotta do is add a winpose and intro to finish him off.

Dunno where to post this so I'll just ask you here.

I was fucking about with Rock and noticed he had a juggle after the raising storm, is that so we can cancel into the level 2 raising storm ?
I tried chaining it into a Raising tackle to no avail.

Also the run jump punch ( DB any kick) can it chain with some normals ? I cant seem to chain it. I tried chp clk into the ex run punch to raising storm but it was not chaining.

A cosmetic thing as well, in Garou( unsure how it is in CVS) Rock flips his hair after every heavy blow not just hypers and specials but that's whatever.

I'm getting mixed results when I try to transfer my palette over. I've tried the simple method of just reversing the palette order. But it almost looks like some of the sprites have changed. Did you edit the sprites in the palette @[user id=79067]DW[/user]:?

You can see there are some pixels on his legs using the wrong colors. Am I using the wrong template?

-He doesn't have a juggle after Raising Storm. Lv1 Shine Knuckle just has a higher juggle point allowance, that's why one of the hits connect while p2 is floating down from Lv1 RS. You'll have to super cancel to reset the juggle points and have another super combo as you want.

-EX Rage Run can combo from close stand HP and close stand HK. It may be able to combo from possibly cr.MK during a counter hit, as p2 will be in a longer hitstun duration. The non EX version can't combo at all, it's too slow. It's an overhead after all, and that's how it operates.

-The hair flip anim is based off his CvS incarnate.

I didn't edit anything. You might be using the wrong template. Use the one in my above post. Scroll up and you'll see.
