Hey everything's going great recently.

We've been able to connect and have decent conversations, understandings, and a few good laughs. I think most of the reason because she's starting to catch along with English wayyy much better, and she can understand our humor and everything better. She's starting to understand that she doesn't need to live in that shell of being all "modest and polite" and that she can just be herself. It feels great when one can be oneself, doesn't it?

Anyways, I don't really care about you know... the sex. I'm actually having a real good time just being friends.

She can now say "Really" instead of "Rearri" and "English" instead of "Engrish"
I dunno, it's pretty cool.
She seems to be enjoying things also because she's starting to understand American culture and stuff.

I mean, at first for the first 6 days I think she was either PMSing or it was a little overwhelming for her to understand the American culture. Or perhaps, could be both? XD

That I do not know, but one thing for sure, she's gotten a lot better and I'm starting to appreciate my time a lot more with this special guest, rather than wishing she was gone.

She also likes the weather here, she claims it is a bit cold in the Bay Area. but compared to Japan... oh man in Japan? The weather is INSANE. Okay so today the weather was like 75 degrees F and in Japan the weather is 95 degrees F. fucking crazy!!!! Even in Japan, the weather is like 80 degrees F in the mornings/nights. and it's supposed to be COOL during morning/nights hahaha

She also says she likes my bed, because I have one of those Tempurpedic Beds, which are insanely expensive and comfortable. In Japan she said she sleeps on those futons, or cushions on the floors. which is definitely NOT comfortable haha. she loves my bed. I love my bed too.

anyways, I'm reporting in with a positive this time! :]
