I think you should decrease Scorpion's body height to 95%, keeping the width to 100% and his head just like that (he looks a little bit too tall, compared to Ryu) and Reptile's body width to 90% and height to 95%. (his shoulder and right arm looks too long)If you wanted them to be taller/bigger than Ryu, then just fix Reptile's width and leave Scorpion as if.I would give 'em bigger eyes aswell, but that's just my opinion.They look good so far; keep it up.
I like this thread. I can possibly do the Pocket SNK style. Doing SNK Pocket style is like doing the 8-bit style IMO. I suck on the Puzzle Fighter style.

Plus, it's a Cody base from Mighty Final Fight on the NES version. I was trying to make his scar look the way he looks in the ROTD game. Cody base spritesheet is where I got it from.
