You should expand that one into a full character, he has so much potential.
That’s when I thought, “good grief”

Is the chest bump-like movement intended to be a counter/have armor? It fucking better I feel like it should if it becomes a move and wasn't just an animation for the hell of it.
Also...if she has a help-me super...what exactly is her intended playstyle? Like an Arakune type deal? Doronjo?? Maybe like a phoenix wright calling in Maya (or in this case Geno calling in her crew)??? I thought I knew and I don't...

Spoiler, click to toggle visibilty

If you posted on Facebook or something, I'd click the "like" button on almost all of your pictures.

There are plenty of people, like me, that keep coming back to this thread to see your new pictures without posting a single comment to avoid the mandatory compliment of how good your pictures still are. If people kept doing that, there would be 1 post with a picture and several comments afterwords of pointless text...like my post :)

Nice looking base, sometimes your bodies look like 3d models, you're so good with proportions and lighting like that.

Testing a brush I made that would hopefully simplify line art to sprite conversions in my animations.
I used Zox’s Spider-Woman sprite. The brush did more or less what i wanted upon scale down;consistent lines with very little blur or faded areas.
Now if only Spider-woman’s stance wasn’t so wide/low i could’ve made her movement less stiff during the punches.

If any spriters want to use those gifs to continue the project (if Zox isn't still doing it)) go for it. Good luck getting the frames individually...

I've always been curious, and I know it must come out naturally at this point, BUT!

... How do you pre-visualize how the feet firmly planted on the ground should twist/move, etc? Like, do you practice any of these moves yourself, or do you use bases?

Overall, they're great. I only wish there was a few more in-between frames in the last punch with effects, to be able to use it directly in the character, otherwise I doubt anybody will take the time, or have enough skill to match your great lineart :P
