I have a problem with Dan and normal Rugal.when i stand as close as i can to Dan with Rugal and use Kaiser Wave it misses and it's only with Dan it happands i dont know if that is normal or not though but i just thought i should point it out if someone hasn't done it already

Edit: well it was not only Dan though i found some other characters aswell like guile and haohmaru well only i time will tell if he bothers to fix it i guess
