You only need the sff, and you can export all images from the sff using fighter factory. There is a button in the sprites tab that exports any range of sprites into png. Each sprite will be a separated image file, not a spritesheet.

Looks very good. Doing some research, Kolin and Chun-Li are about the same height. Kolin is 5'6" (168 cm) while Chun-Li's height varies throughout the series between 5'5" (165 cm) and 5'7" (170 cm). In your sprite it seems she is a bit taller... I feel like her legs are a bit too long compared to Chun's, it is more visible comparing both right (viewer's left) legs. But still, very nice work!

You probably need to add redirects. Helpers have their own variables, so whenever you want to read the character's variables in a helper, add "root," before it:
root, fvar(33)
root, fvar(34)

File Host Services (yeah, again)

What is the best free file host service in your opinion?

I've used what I like to call "the big four" for ages, which are mega, mediafire, onedrive and google drive. But I noticed a few things on each of them:
- mega sometimes just won't open for some reason, the site doesn't load (I remember fixing it by changing the proxy on my browser or something) and I've seen other people complaining that mega doesn't work for them. I like it because it's well organized and offers 50GB storage in the free plan, which is a lot (it still has download limit though).
- mediafire has ads, which many people dislike, though is not a big deal for me, and I've seen people backing stuff up from mediafire saying it can delete files if you're not active, don't know if it's true.
- onedrive has been ok but lately I've seen people having trouble to download my stuff from there, saying is not reliable.
- google drive has an annoying limit on how much you can download, other than that I don't remember any other issues.
There is also dropbox which I've been using for some time, I don't remember having issues with it.

I want to stick to one service, as it is too much work keeping my stuff updated on more than one service. Ideally I also would like a service with direct link. I could upload my characters directly to neocities, where my website is hosted, but they only allow .zip or .rar files in their premium plan. Speaking of direct link, I also tried catbox, but you have no control over the files you upload there.

Edit: forgot to say, I'm currently using onedrive to upload files because you can edit the link and it becomes a direct link, which is what I want. But reccently I saw people having trouble downloading from there.

In this thread you will be nominating characters from the month of December 2024 that you believe are worthy to be recognized as Character of the Month. These nominations last until January 19th.

Read these rules and guidelines.

Every couple of days a list will be created and updated to feature the nominations progress. The list will include: Who's a candidate and how many motions other characters have. If twenty candidates are reached before the 15 days are up, then voting will start early.

- Only nominate up to 4 characters
- Read the thread
- The numbers next to each nomination represent each character's current nominations
- Only 3 nominations are necessary for each character
PLEASE BE AWARE that due to the incessant, absurd number of users who find themselves unable to read and follow the rules of these threads, we have instituted a new feature:

Simple solution I can think:

Assuming your super moves are states 3000+
triggerall = stateno != ([3000,4999])

And you can do the same with EX moves, but here you'd need to specify each of them.
triggerall = stateno != 1050
triggerall = stateno != 1150
triggerall = stateno != 1250

If you want to get more sofisticated, you can use a variable. Just set it to 1 in the beginning of every state you don't want the dampener to kick in, and in -2 turn it off again when it leaves the state. Then in the dampener, add triggerall = !var(x).

If your sff version is 1.0 or 1.1:

All your character palettes need to be index 1, and group 1 to 12.
1,1 should be the default palette. 1,2 - 1,3 - 1,4, and so on are the other palettes.

Then you add that code in the character's statedef 5900. Make sure you're adding it in the right place.
Finally, check if character version in your def file is set to 1.0 or 1.1.
