Nice work.
Most of the time when using sprites of different origins and styles it collides with the harmony of the general composition. But in this case you managed to adjust and blend well all the resources.

There were already several releases of this background that extended it and changed the color palette, but this particular release is very good.
I think you managed to keep the essence of the CAPCOM style. So it looks simple and pro, and became my main stage for Shuma-Gorath.

An early sketch of what could be a bg for Doctor Octopus.
A modern laboratory seems more appropriate to me instead of a "retro" one for a nuclear physicist like Octavius.

Nice update!
It ended up being a Ikemen stage with multiple interactive details; the bouncing of the van, the breaking of the ground with the blows, the characters maintaining the jumping position in the fall to the second level and the splashes and waves of the water. That's a cool edit.
I'm not sure but perhaps something to adjust is to add an instance before the floor breaks, the cracks are too noticeable, large or dark after the first hit. And the debris should disappear when you reach the new level and not half way down.

This background received a minor update: Now the spinning asteroids don't seem isolated from the rest and add a layer of space debris floating behind.

Seriously dude, how the heck are you so dang consistent in putting out amazing stages every single time you create something? Literally, every single stage you've made is my new favorite. Thank you very very much for all your work. You're a BMF to say the least.

It looks certainly unique and of this kind of stage, there aren't a lot. Very solid and consistent work. :)

The one thing that stuck out for me a little the small rock debris floating around in the background. It looks like it's only one layer and makes it a little stale over time. It's not very noticeable during fights especially when you're an active combatant but if you're just looking at it it feels a little flat.
I also noticed that the rotating asteroids seem to be isolated elements that don't finish merging with the rest of the background. I'll do a little update soon.

This stage had been going around for a little over a year, was intended for some chars that for now remain abandoned, but I decided to release the background.
A bit of official context; The Negative Zone is a unique parallel universe within the MARVEL Multiverse. Reed Richards discovered this place and built the first portal between the universes. The best-known beings from the Zone include Annihilus and Blastaar.
The stage comes with super jump, animation, looped BGM, 1.1 (zoom & no zoom) and 1.0 option files.

Some time ago I had the intention of making some stages for JUS-style characters because I always saw videos with disproportionate backgrounds that did not adapt to "Pocket" or "Chibi" size. Coincidentally, Rotsopmi contacted me with a similar concern, so we both started developing a series of stages for this kind of chars.

This game is 100% getting at least two more characters, and I have 8 more total planned out. I just didn't want to overextend myself and wanted to make sure the base game was good and felt complete. Also thanks!

Thank you for the compliment. Although I don't use MUGEN 1.0, it's been several years since I released multiple versions of my stages because I know there is still an audience that prefers or chooses it. Enjoy.
