The Mugen Fighters Guild - Unfinished PotS Ryu Edit with Chain Combos and etc. (MUGEN 1.1)

This is an edit I was working on which was mean't for Capcom Crossover Universe (https://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/capcom-crossover-universe--188968.0.html) when I had the idea in my head, but of course the interest has flew by since then, as with this edit.

I decided to use a rearrangement of Hitsparks from Vyn's Kage, which I felt was pretty nice and flashy, combined with a few other additions from his V-Ryu in other areas, and, topped off with Hitsounds from Infinite's chars, I was sorta satisfied.
I wasn't too keen on the Super Pause FX though, as I wanted something more colorful.
I also made him more combo-y with the addition of L-M-H Chain Combos and superior cancellation.
He doesn't have EX Moves anymore and only has 3 Supers (2 Level 1s and 1 Level 3).

I don't have plans to update, and I'm pretty much leaving this here so it doesn't rot. I hope someone enjoys him though.
