Ironman: Apparently Zvitor, personally I prefer Erradicator´s one. Ther isn´t exactly something called "Best Ironman", is up to you.

For 8-bit Megaman, I would say Old School Megaman if you want him to be able to punch and kick, but hstiem's if you want nostalgic.
