Edit:  How come his light punch and medium share the same sounds, along with the light and medium kick, and the heavy sounds are both the same /nitpick ...

Transition for Lvl3 looks weird right when the sprite style changes, not nitpicking about the fact you used two differnet sets, I know you comissioned and still haven't got them, it's the way he just goes right back to his stand, but maybe it is just the size difference ...

So far those are the only two things that slightly bug me, but otherwise this is absolutely awesome!

EDIT: Okay, for some reasons, I get Fructidor even with Dark Ash (though Dark Ash's Fructidor uses tint-black flames instead of pirple flames)...is that intentional?

how the hell do you do Sombré Desespoir when it has the same inputs as Fructidor
you can super cancel lvl1 Pluviose into it self
forward+y looks like it should be coded as an overhead
you have negative edge for all your specials but not supers. Except for Germinal for some reason
why can you whiff cancel his command normal back+b into Germinal Caprice?

The readme is outdated, there's an updated html readme in the docs folder. (though it should be moved to the root folder, and replace the text one, because right now everyone's confused and don't know about it)

The x-velocity for Nivose and Pluviose should stop when they reach the top of their arc (i.e., go as high as they will go for the entire attack)

Can't cancel into command normals from non-projectile specials while in Sans Cullotes, which severly limits combo potential

No flames appear on P2 if hit by Sans Cullotes.

The Kyo/Iori intros don't play for Vans' Kyo and Iori. While they don't have the corresponding intro themselves, I think it'd be better to do 'em anyway.

Ash should not start fading into view during MAX Germinal until he has passed P2. Additionally, P2 should not gain any PalFX until the hits start appearing

Custom gethit animation for MAX Germinal uses nonstandard sprite (5000,21) which makes P2 disappear. It would probably be best just to use P2's own get hit animations for the hits, then check if has a collapse animation (check for 5955 first, then 5950), and if not, then play a custom collapse animation that uses standard sprites.

PalFX for the hit by MAX Germinal effect should be different than the normal burned PalFX to clearly distinguish it. The solid blue from XI would work great, but a pseudo-XIII look could probably be pulled off by making the character glow light green (oscillating between a saturated green and a light one, never returning to their normal color until it's over). But then again that might conflict with whatever color the effects are in the selected palette, so blue might work better.

Seems like a decent start.

Though I kinda wonder... Why does his taunt not have any sound effect? Just seems kinda odd.

I also find it mildly odd that his dodgeroll forward goes much further then his back roll.

Now besides everything everyone else has said... I'm gonna go a bit deeper, thanks to that Training character. I'm gonna list some block advantages. Some of which strike me as odd.

Wow, man just wow.....Dude I am very impressed! This character is a very good Ash, and awesome for your first character!

I love the different modes you put in there along with his hypers, palettes, voice overs, custom intros and etc.... I tossed the cvs Ash to the side so dang fast after I played with this one.

Your Ash feels like one of the pro's made it. The feedback that has been left has touch some of the things I think need fixing, but with a little time on that, I think this could possibly become the best Ash Crimson in mugen

Keep it up man!
