I saw your video, few days ago.
I like the idea it includes Orochi mode! Even if I'm a big fan of Normal Shermie.

Are you going to upgrade the sprites or add some more ?

I did few animations for Cruz's version of POTS Shermie, used in Falcon Rapper version as well.
But I'm curious to know if you will change her spriteset.

Some feedback (still testing)
.Shermie Stand seems to auto cancels into itself.
-Busty suplex won't work in Orochi mode

I am very happy to post a fighter on this forum again, but I am much happier to meet friends on this forum commenting on my character ... Total consideration to Ned, who has been with me since I started posting on this forum and full respect for Master Dampir, in addition to being one of the best converters of KOF sprites to CVS, he is a personal friend that I am honored to have met on this forum. I'll document some of the glaring or very-nitpicky issues:
1. Non-EX Diamond Dust's P2 seems to be misaligned for one or two frames during the slam part.
2. I'd suggest a way to move out of her normal Taunt because of the length.
3. I've seen Orochi Shermie do a Shermie Flash (or Carnival) with her AI. Only happened one from what I've seen though, and I think it was a cancel.
4. I'd suggest a shorter Orochi Transformation cutscene, or some way to skip it at the very least, same for Yashiro.
5. Most of Orochi mode's EX moves give back power. Yatanagi no Muchi is the biggest offender here.
6. The Lighting Sounds on her supers cut off abruptly.
7. Unmei no Ya's lightning is rather loud. I'd also suggest a longer cloud part before it like in 02 (UM).
8. My final suggestion would be to have .defs or configs for only having one out of the 2 modes like most vanilla PotS chars.

Nice to see the Orochi mode being added either way. I also liked the altered Unmei no Ya where you have to time it correctly instead of resorting to RNG. Lastly, it nice to see you back. Hopefully you come out with more updates and sick fighters.

And in the end you come back, basically you have defeated Shermie made by Cruz with this char. It's good that you're coming back, and I also want to see more POTS-style chars.

Also, i found a typo in her readme: It says "you can make Iori transform during the fight," not Shermie.

Sorry to post a bit too much, but Shermie is really one of my main...

-Transformation scene could be optional via settings/configuration.
If not active, just a flash of light and 1 sound effect should be enough.

-Many moves give a "sloppy" feeling, position,/precision etc.
I cannot put a work on it, but Cruz version felt more precise or something. Basically what Rowen said.
This can definitely be updated!

-AI is very good. Particularly compared to Cruz version that didn't had some AKAIK.

Feedback (Both in normal and Orochi mode):
-Her standing LK doesn't have a swing sound on the 2nd kick.
-The animation of her crouching HP shifts forward a little bit.
-There's no sliding dust at the end of her Shermie Cute.
-The Shermie Catch and Axle Spin Kick doesn't have landing effect when she touches the ground.
-There is no swing sound when she misses Shermie Flash.
-Shermie Carnival will still use the FDR SUPER PORTRAIT LV2 at level 1 when the opponent is caught by it.
-The damage on level 2 Shermie Carnival does less damage than level 1, doesn't register any of the hits and there's no explosion effect on the 2nd hit.
-The Lightning Leg Lariat has no envshake on the hits with the hitsparks.
-The hitspark and guard spark on Jinrai is misaligned and uses a heavy punch hit sound instead of a light kick one.
-Yatanagi no Muchi has no heavy swing sounds when used.
-The EX sound effect cuts off on EX Yatanagi no Muchi.
-Shajitsu no Odori would sound better with heavy kick hit sounds instead of projectile ones.
-The effect on Ankoku Raikoken doesn't disappear right away when it misses.
-Shukumei Genei Shinshi uses the FDR SUPER PORTRAIT LV2 at level 1.
-Already mentioned, but it's possible for Shermie to be unable to move if she attempts to use Busty Suplex during Orochi mode too much.

Welcome back and thanks for the release. I originally thought the character was made for 1.1 due to the message icon on the topic, but glad it wasn't as your older characters weren't. Oh and along with the stuff going on in the world currently, hope you stay safe too.
I will still do detail and aesthetic feedback for the rest.

Hey welcome back, nice to see you posting again! :) I wanted to point out that Shermie has the same problem that Yashiro had initially in Ikemen, where if you set the config file to the Orochi value, she still starts as her normal form, instead of Orochi, I remember you fixed this issue on Ikemen with Yashiro, so I assume this will have to be fixed in the future? I can do the transformation normally, but I was hoping to have her set as a separate slot. Thanks for your hard work, glad to see you back!

One more strange result to give in feedback.

-when doing her "Shermie Spiral" in cancel from any normal move, she do "Shermie Catch" instead.
(this problem might be with other moves as well)
